- Mix flour salt and ajwain in a bowl
- Knead the hard dough with water.
- Divide the dough into5/ 6 equal parts.
- In a big bowl take all the chopped veggies
- Add all sauces, butter and spices & mix well
- Take one portion of dough,make a peda and roll with rolling pin
- Put 1-2tbsp veg mix & 1slice of cheese and fold as per your choice.
- Put on a hot tawa and cook from both the sides with ghee/butter.
- Once cooked from all the sides..serve with ketchup
