Instructions to make Kesar Mango Kulfi:
- Firstly heat a heavy bottom pan and thick the milk. Make it approx 1/4 in quantity. When it goes cool, blend it in mixer.
- Now peel mangoes and roughly chopped. Finely chopped the half mango for mango chunks.
- Add sugar and chopped mangoes and make a fine paste. Now mixed it in blended thick milk.
- Add finely chopped Pistachios, mango chunks and saffron. Mix well.
- Transfer in a freezer safe container and garnish with saffron, mango chunks and Pistachios. Cover it with aluminum foil and close the lide. Keep it in freezer for atleast 8 hours.
- After 8 hours, kulfi is ready.
