Steps to make Veg pulao:
  1. Wash the rice & soak it in water for atleast 20mins. Now take a pressure cooker add 3tsp of ghee, add jeera,bay leaf & dry red chilli.
  2. Now add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste & saute it for a few minutes. Now add the whole spices (elaichi, lawang & cinnamon) & shallow fried dry fruits & saute them well.
  3. Now add the vegetables & fry it for a few minutes after that add the soaked rice & water & when it comes to a boil add salt to it.
  4. Now close the lid of the pressure cooker &cook it for 1 whistle on high flame.
  5. Note- After the pressure cooker cools down completely open the lid & stire the rice with a silicon spatula so that the rice doesn't break & to avoid overcook & keep the pulao open for atleast 10mins & than u can serve it.
  6. Note- Rice & water ratio- if you take 1 cup of rice than add 1 &1/2 cup of water.
  7. Serve the super delicious veg pulao with chicken curry or any of your fav gravy or raita. Enjoy 😊😋
