  5. Make some vertical cuts on the circles and give them the shape of karela as shown in the picture.
  6. Heat oil in a wok. Fry these karelas on medium flame till they turn crisp.
  7. To assemble place the karela in a serving bowl, pour some tamarind chutney, green chutney and yoghurt over it. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Garnish with nylon sev and pomegranate arils.
