Steps to make Kuch Tikhi,Meethi, aur Namkeen Gujiya:
  1. Heat Ghee in a pan, and fry Rava on low heat, than remove it on a plate, now fry scraped coconut on low heat till it turns golden brown, remove in the same plate, now fry til(Sesame seeds), let dem crackle, now mix all these ingredients, also add Hing, sugar, salt & chilli powder…
  2. Let's prepare Dough - Mix maida, wheat flour, salt & Ghee, add water little by little to make roti like Dough. Make small balls and keep.
  3. Till then mix one bowl sugar and half bowl water and keep for boiling, make sugar syrup, let it cool down. - Roll the dough balls till it takes the size of Poori. Now add one tbsp of the filling mixture in the rolled roti, apply water all over the edge and than join and press the edges to form the shape of Ghujiya. Apply food colours if needed.
  4. Heat oil and deep-fry the Gujiya till they turn little brown. Take them out by straining the oil, dip them in the sugar syrup and tàke them out in a serving plate.. - So ready hai Kuch meetha tikha and namkeen ghujiya
