- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl then gradually add water and make sure the batter is not too watery it must be thick to stick on slices
- Then preheat the oil and dip each slice in batter & drop in oil one after the other
- Don’t overlap & once u drop slices dipped in batter don’t immediately flip it will leave the batter separately so do give it two minutes then slowly flip fry till golden brown & fry on simmer flame as it was preheated oil
- And it’s ready to serve with green chutney or ketchup and if u like sprinkle some chat masala while serving & enjoy the hot snack.!!!!!
