Instructions to make Mix sprouts Misal Pav:
  1. Wash all sprout beans with water for 2-3times and soak overnight. Next t morning take out all water and keep in airtight container for 24 hours in some warm place for sprouts to come.
  2. For gravy: Take all ingredients in a grinder and make a paste. Keep a pan on medium flame add vegetable oil add mustard and jeera seeds let it cracker add gravy and mix well and cooked so the oil cdn been seen at the edges of the pan. Add all dry spices and mix well.
  3. Add all sprouts in the gravy let it mix well for 5 minutes. Cover the pan with a plate adding water in the plate. It will steam sprouts and will be cooked faster. Add boiled water as per consistency required usually misal will be having more gravy.
  4. Let it cook for 10 minutes and misal is ready. Serve it with onion, coriander leaves and shev and Pav.
