- Mix all the above ings make a hard dough by using water.
- Use water little little in turns. - Cover the dough and let it rest for 1/2 hour
- Now make small lemon size balls and roll them thin puri size and deep fry on medium flame.
- Wen cooled u can preserve th in a air tight container for 8_10 days.
- Heat oil in a cooker. - And saute onion till transparent.
- Add all the dry masalasm stir well m cook for few mins.
- Now add the dal mix well and cook till it starts leaving oil. - Put 1 glass of water and gv 1 whistle. - ur dal is rdy now
- Put in a serving bowl and gv tadka of jeera - Garnish with coriander.
- While servng put sum chopped onion tamarind pulp nylon sev. - Enjoy with ur yummiii pakwan.
