  1. Blend tomatoes, pepper, tatashe and onion into a paste and set aside
  2. Wash fresh fish and set aside. place in a medium pot and add little salt and some diced onions, pepper and steam for a few minutes without adding water and turn off heat and set aside
  3. Heat up veg oil and once its hot add blended tomatoes paste and stir for about 15 minutes then add fresh fish and stir carefully so you don't scarter the fish
  4. Add knorr cube, salt and dash of curry powder. Allow to steam on low heat for another 5 to 7mins
  5. Serve with ofada rice and steam vegetable
