- Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 mins.then discard all it's water by pressing them and grind it.
- Take chicken pieces into grinder grind little and add salt + pepper + all dry spices + khane Ka soda + grinded soya + coriander leaves again grind it very well.
- Then remove in a bowl add grinded green chilli and 1/2 cup water mix well and add butter piece and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Grease your plams with water and take chicken mixture make seekh and grill them in grill pan on low flame by greasing oil till golden and completely cooked.
- Serve the chicken Seekh with mint chutney.
