  3. Make ready 1 tsp Eno fruit salt

  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  7. Get 2 tbsp oil
  8. Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Prepare 4-5 curry leaves
  10. Make ready water as required
Steps to make Instant Rava (semolina) Dhokla:
  1. In a large bowl take rava, curd, whisked with green chilli paste and ginger paste mix it well. Add water as required (batter should be thick). Keep for 10 minutes for rava to puff up.
  2. Keep water to boil in a vessel. Put a stand inside it. Turn on flame. Cover it up so that the water boils quickly.
  3. As the batter puffs up add salt and mix it well. Add Eno fruit salt. Pour 1tsp water over it. Mix it well.
  4. Take a container for making dhokla,grease with oil, put the batter in it,tap and make it even.
  5. As water boils put the dhokla container in water, cover and cook it for 20 minutes. L
  6. When ready take out the container and let it cool.
  7. For tempering, heat pan put oil then add mustard seeds and curry leaves (you can add green chilli if you want). Put tadka over dhokla.
  8. Soft and spongy rava dhokla is ready. Serve dhokla with chutney.
