- Once the onions are roasted, add 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1tomato chopped to them. After the tomato gets fried add coriander and mint leaves.
- After 3 minutes add 3 teaspoon curd, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 2 teaspoon garam masala and stir them well. Then add water doubled to the amount of rice.
- Once the water is boiled add rice and salt as needed. Close the cooker. Keep the stove in low flame. After 2 whistles turn off the stove. The smell is awesome, delicious veg pulao is ready.

- I had taken 1/2 kg chicken cleaned and washed well. Now add 2 teaspoon curd, 2 teaspoon corn powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, salt and combine them well such that the chicken is coated with the masala. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, pour oil in a kadaai. Deep fry the chicken for about 3-5 minutes in medium flame.
