- Take 1 cup Rava/Suji/Semolina (Coarse)

- Make ready 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Make ready as required Oil to Grease the pan and for tadka
Steps to make Instant Rava Dhokla:
- In a mixer, jar take curd, ginger and green chilli. Blend it well.
- In a mixing bowl, take Suji, add salt and blend curd mixture.
- Mix well to form a thick batter. To this slowly add water and make a lump-free batter.
- This batter should be similar to dosa batter.
- Add 1 tsp oil to this only after the batter is lump-free and runny. - Rest this for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the steamer. Add a glass of water in the steamer and let it come to a boil.
- Grease the dhokla tray with oil.
- Sprinkle eno and little water over the dhokla batter. It will bubble up. Immediately stir it until it's frothy.
- Pour into a dhokla plate sprinkle chilli powder and steam them for 7-8 mins.
- Remove it from gas and let it cool.
- For tadka: - Heat oil in a tadka pan, add rai, green chilli split and curry leaves to it.Let it simmer and remove it from gas.
- Pour tadka and cut into desired shape. - Instant Rava Dhokla is ready. Serve it with Tea and favorite dipping sauce.
