Place the rice paper into the water one sheet at a time. Fold the bottom up first, then fold the sides in, fold the top down last. Heat the oil in a deep kadhai and deep-fry the samosas, a few at a time, on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Serve the spicy rice samosa immediately.

- In a Heat pan add butter let it hot.
- Add cumin seeds,let it cracle.
- Add chilli, veggies,Fry it 1 miniute.
- Add paneer,stir it.
- Add mashed potatoes stir it 2 miniutes.
- Add salt,& coriander,mix it properly.
- Add black pepper,chilli flax.
- Remove it from the flame.
- Let it cool.add lime juice.
- Take rice paper,it is easily available in the super market.here we made it with rice flour,& maida mix.
- In a boil water put strainer,then put rice paper sheet,after 2 miniutes it will be some loose.
- Cut it in the streps or in the mid.
- Now fill it with prepare mixture then fold it like samosa.
- Fry it in slow flame.
- It can be baked also.we made it with rice flour.we knead it by mixing 2 Tsp oil,salt,cumin,rub it.knead it with the help of water.then roll it in circles,cut it in the center.fold it like samosa.it create some problem during folding.please take care,keep it some thick.
- Fill it with prepared mixture.fry it in medium flame till golden.
- Serve it hot_ hot with chutney or sauce.
