Instructions to make Veg Pulao !!:
  1. Heat up the butter in a pan. Add sliced onions and cook till it turns translucent. Add sliced tomatoes, capsicum and green peas. Mix all and cook for a minute.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook till all vegetables are cooked.
  3. Add cooked rice and lemon juice. Mix well and cook further for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  4. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot with pickle or kadhi or curd or can have alone.
