Steps to make Chicken Dynamite:
- Coarsely chop chicken into very small chunks.
- Then add Ginger Garlic paste, Vineger, Soy sauce, dry spices, Food colour and salt. marinate it for 15 min.
- Then add Maida and mix it well. If the mixture is not binding properly then add extra Maida.
- Make the balls (Similar to Manchurian balls) and deep fry it till its colour get dark red and crispy.
- For Sauce Directly Mix all the above sauce ingredients and drizzle it over the chicken balls.
