ForDaal…In a presurre cooker add all lentils add turmeric &salt boil till 4 whistle in another pan add 2tbsp oil,hing,cumin seed, mustard seeds let it crackle then add ginger garlic paste green & red chillies,onion saute well then add tomato,now put cumin powder, Coriander powder,lal mirch powder little salt into it saute till tomato gets well cooked.
  7. Now add the daal in the fried masala cook for 1 minute add chopped Coriander put off the flame
