- Mix all the ingredients of besan cheela ina bowl and make a pouring consistency batter with the help of water. Keep it aside for few minutes

- Now heat a tawa and clean it as we clean it for Dosa
- Put some oil in it and pour 1 tbsp besan batter to make cheela
- Spread oil towards the edges and slow down the flame and cover it. After 2 minutes it will come out of the tawa. Put masala filling in the center and fold it from both the sides. Now turn it and cook it for 2 minutes or until it gets brown colour. Cheela is ready
- For gravy heat a pan put oil in it. Crackle jeera and put finely chopped onions. Sauté them until they get translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. After that put tomato purée and mix well
- Add dry masalas and cook until the mixture leaves the oil
- Now cut cheela in pieces and add into the gravy. Pour 1 glass of water and cover pan.after 5/7 minutes your cheela sabzi is ready to serve.
