- Take a pressure cooker add ghee heat it add green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, Cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, onion, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, potato, green peas fry it well.
- Next step after frying add rice fry this also & add salt, sugar mix it well boil it for 3 whistles. Serve it with raita.
