Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add ginger and garlic and saute for a minute. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and soya granules and saute for few seconds. Add all the remaining vegetables and saute they turn soft.

  1. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients as maida,salt,baking powder and water to a making stiff dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

  10. Rose dumpling is larger then the usal size.Take 4 pcs.poori

  16. Now arrange the all momos in a greased steamer plate and Steam the all momos in a steamer for 20 minutes.
  17. Served with spicy tomotao chilli chutney.
