- Get 1 cauliflower

- Take 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp soy sauce
- Make ready 1 tsp white vinegar
- Take 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tbsp cornflour
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Get to taste salt
- Get as required water
- Take as per taste spring onion green - for garnishing
- Prepare as required sesame seeds - for garnishing
Steps to make Gobhi Manchurian:
- Take 3 cups of water in a pan and boil it. Blanch the cauliflower for 2 minutes. Take it out on a plate.
- Take moong dal flour, cornflour, salt,ginger-garlic paste, and red chilli powder in a bowl. - Mix well. Add enough water to make a medium-thick batter.
- Heat oil in a wok. - Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry pakodas on medium flame.
- Crisp pakodas are ready. Take it out on a plate.
- For gravy, heat oil in a pan and add garlic and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add onion and spring onion green. Mix well and saute for a minute on low flame.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste and red chilli sauce. Mix well.
- Then add soy sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
- Add salt and red chilli powder. Saute for few seconds.
- Take cornflour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp water. Mix well. Pour it in a pan and mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Add water as required to make thick gravy and cook for a minute.
- Now add pakodas in the gravy and toss well. - Sprinkle spring onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
