- Wash ur meat very well,slice onions,garlic,ginger,1onga sachet,1maggi cube add 2cups water cover and allow to cook well
- Grind ur Scotch bonnet,onions,garlic and d well cooked meat and pound den put inside a pan
- Place d pan on medium heat add diced carrots,little oil,1onga sachet,and 1maggi cube and stir fry
- In a clean bowl sieve d flour add little salt and baking powder,add water to form a batter not too watery nor thick
- Place ur non stick pan on low heat use tissue and little oil to clean it den use a painting brush and paint d pan with the batter for 3mnts
- Wen it is don u u take it out, place in a tray, divide it into four equal halfs
- Put d filling in each divided half and wrap it into samosa wrappers as in triangular shapes
- Den fry
