Instant idli dhokla is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. Instant idli dhokla is something which I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

- Get 2 cups gram flour
- Take 1/2 cup semolina(rava or suji)
- Get 1 tbsp sugar
- Take 1 tbsp salt

- Prepare 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
- Take 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Take 1 cup water
- Get 1 tbsp baking powder

- Prepare 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- Take 8-10 curry leaves
- Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
- Make ready 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Get 3-4 tbsp water

Steps to make Instant idli dhokla:
- In a bowl add gram flour, semolina, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbps sugar, 1 tbsp salt, a pinch of red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder. Mix them well.
- Now add 1 tbsp baking powder. And mix well by adding 1 cup water. Make a semi paste of it.
- Now take idli stand, grease it with oil and pour the batter. Now put in steamer.
- If don't have steamer just in pressure cooker add 2 cup water, preheat the cooker and insert the idli stand. Remove whistle from it.
- Now steam it for 15 minutes. Open lid and check by inserting toothpick in idli dhokla, if nothing sticks means dhokla is ready.
- Now in a separate pan prepare it's tempering. Add 1 tbps oil, mustard seed, sugar, lime juice, Curry leaves and saute for 1 minute by adding 3-4 tbps water.
- Now add this tempering on idli dhokla and serve it with green coriander chutney.
