  21. Take 1 tsp Oil

These samosa without any potatoes, onions or garlic are samosas are made for Jains people. Boil Raw bananas and green peas together. Cook the samosas on medium heat for it to become crisp. Cook till golden brown in color and crisp from all sides.

Instructions to make Jain Samosa:
  1. Take all cover ingredients in bowl, add hot oil and mix it.
  2. Add little water, knead it hard(like puri)
  3. Peel the Bananas, cut and keep in water
  4. Now boiled it for 5-6 min by covering with lid to make soft
  5. Till time, in pan on medium flame give tadka in oil with seeds and asafoetida
  6. Add curry leaves and Mint Powder, then turmeric and chilli powder.
  7. Add boiled bananas, smashed the bananas
  8. Now add Garam Masala, coriander powder and pepper powder and salt
  9. Add coriander, if want some filling non spicy take it out for kids then add chilies
  10. Add little water, Lemon juice and cook it for 2 mins. Till time make small rounds of the dough
  11. In half part, apply little water on half on border and stick to make cone, filled with stuffing and close it properly.
  12. Now fry it on medium low flame till golden brown, fry some chilies too
  13. Serve this hot Samosa with Chutney/sauce and Chilies
