- Mix 1 cup water and oil, now add besan, curd, salt, asafoetida, chilli paste and turmeric powder and mix it well.
- Add eno and take it in a dhokla plate and let it steam for 20 mins.
- For TADKA.
- In a kadai, take oil add mustard seed, jeera, curry leaves, chillies. Once tadka is done add sugar syrup and let it cook for a min.
- Now add the cut Khaman dhokla and toss it. Serve it with green chutney and ketchup.
