Pour flour in a bowl.Add pinch of salt and baking powder.Also add 2 tbsp warm oil or ghee.Add water and knead to a stiff dough.Make lemon sized balls out of the dough.Roll into thin sheets.Cut from the centre into semicircle.Roll like a cone and stuff the filling.Close edges with water and seal the end.Let the samosa rest in fridge for an hour.Then fry them in hot oil in low flame.Healthier option is to bake them in oven.
