  1. Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,chillies,corainder leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and crumbled paneer and mix well.
  2. Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and place carrot sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape.
  3. Roll them in corn flour-Maida mixture and bind them properly.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
