  1. Take 2cups water in a sauce pan,add cinnamon,cardemoms,star anis, cloves and kashmiri tea.Boil till reduce to half.Add salt and soda by carb.Stir.Add iced water and stir contineuosly for 10 minutestill the liquor attain a lovely pink colour.Keep aside.
  2. Boil milk in a sauce pan,boil till 20% reduce.Add 1/2cup of reserved liquor.Mix well.
  3. Add sugar.Stir and pour in serving cups. It will yield you to 2cups of tea.Garnish with almond flakes.
  4. Pink tea is ready to serve.
