- Knead the hard dough of gatta
- Take one small portion & roll it like a roll
- Cut it in small pieces & boil in the water.
- In a bowl take curd add red chilli powder,turmeric powder
- Heat a kadhai…add oil then add jeers mustard seeds & kalaunji
- Then add curd mix to the oil
- Make tomato purée and add…add all other spices and cook for 2-3mins
- Then add boiled gatta and mix well
- If you want gravy then add gatta with water
- Gatte ki sabzi is ready
- Serve with chapati/paratha & enjoy.
