  8. Remove tofu from steamer and remove excess water.
  9. Pour gravy on top of steamed tofu.
  10. Garnish with ingredients in (C).

Mixed minced pork, some corrianders, mushrooms and cooking wine, salt, pepper, corn flour together. Fill the hole on each beancurd with the mixture. Heat up the oil in a pan.
