- Wash poha in cold water and drain off the water.
- In kadhai heat around 1 tbsp of oil. Fry peanuts in it.
- Add mohri and wait to open it up.
- Add curry leaves, greenchilli and onion and saute it till translucent. Add potato later and cook it till it get cooked.
- Add coriander, turmeric, sugar, salt and poha and mix it up. Squeez lemon on top.
- Put lid on and cook it for 2-3 mins
- Garnish it with coriander and shev on side
