- Prepare 1 cup Pressure cooked Chole

- Get 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Make ready 15-20 Mint leaves chopped
- Take 1 tsp Pepper powder
- Make ready 3 tbsp Oil
- Prepare as needed Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Cauliflower Chole Poori:
- Coarse grind cooked Chole without adding any water
- Add half tsp oil and saute grated Cauliflower
- Add salt and jeera to it and saute for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Now in a big plate mix Chole and sauted Cauliflower. Add all masala mentioned above. Add chopped Coriander leaves. Add chopped mint leaves too.
- Add all three flours.
- Add 2 tbsp oil. Add required water and knead flour.
- Heat oil in a pan. Roll a Poori and deep fry till golden brown.
- Like that fry all Poories. Serve this healthy Poories in your kids party.
