- First in bowl take boiled and smashed potatoes, boiled chickpeas. Smashed them. Now add salt, red chilli powder, rock salt, chat masala. Mix well.
- Now in another utensil take dahi. Add sugar, salt and rock salt. Churn it.
- Now take plate. Keep the puris into it. Fill them with potato and chickpea stuffing. Pour tamarind and green chutney. Pour churned curd on top.. Sprinkle black pepper and chat masala. Sprinkle plain sev, chopped onion, chopped tomato. Lastly, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
