Gradually stir in water until smooth. Samosa (samoosa) is a small, triangular pastry of sorts fried until golden brown and crispy.   3. Take out potatoes from oil and keep aside…now take chicken and add 2 tbs oil….in a frying pan fry chicken until changed it's colour then add all sauces…cook on slow flame until done… chicken will be done in 3 minutes…..
  4. Now mix both potatoes and chicken cubes and add 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander and cut 2 to 3 green chillies in it….samosa mixture is ready
  5. Now knead dough…..add all ingredients with flour and add water little by little and knead medium hard dough….
  6. Make small peras from dough and make round roti by sprinkling flour on it…..cut into halves……
  7. Now make cone as shown in pic…and by using water stick both sides of roti….
  8. Now take the mixture and fill the samosa and close them by using water or flour paste….and make all samosas
  9. Deep fry them and enjoy with raita chutney…..
