Steps to make Dahi puri:
- Mix all under for puri and knead a dough. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for half an hour.
- After half an hour knead the cough again and take chapati size ball and roll it(not so thick and not too thin). Cut circles with a cutter or any bowl.

- Mash potatoes and add the kabuli chana and salt and mix well.
- Add cumin pdr, red chilli pdr, chat masala and mix well. Adjust accordingly to your taste.
- Ready all the items. Green chutney and khatti-meeti chutney.
- Make a hole in the puri and fill it with potato stuffing. Add meeti dahi on it.
- Add chipped onions, tomato and top with green chutney.
- Add meeti chutney, sev, anar and top again with dahi. And some coriander leaves.
