- Get 2-3 tsp ghee

Instructions to make Dahi Phulki:
- Take a bowl add besan, pinch of salt, baking soda, water make thick medium consistency batter. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil for frying, take a small ball portion of batter drop into hot oil fry till golden brown.
- Remove into the absorbent paper.
- Take a bowl add curd, cold water whisk well, add salt, red chilli powder mix well.
- Soak frying fulki in a warm water for 5-6 minutes (optional) or use directly.
- Now add besan phulki into the curd bowl mix well.
- Take a small sauce pan heat ghee add cumin seeds, crushed Coriander fry till brown, pour the tadka over the phulki, sprinkle pomegranate, Coriander leaves tamarind chutney, chaat masala.
- Ready to eat dahi phulki with rice chapati, paratha.
