Instructions to make Beetroot Sub Sandwich:
  1. In mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, grated beetroot, green chillies ginger paste,salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Make equal portions rectangular shape patties as shown. Roast on both sides with oil and hot griddle.
