- Now mix meat, soya sauce, black pepper, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, Lahori salt and papaya paste in mixing bowl and leave it for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
- Now skew the meat on bbq skewers, bake in preheated oven or roast on coal or fry it. - Serve hot πππ
- Boil rice in pan with 1 tbsp of salt. - When rice is half done then strain rice and keep aside.
- Melt 4 tbsp of butter in pan; add 2 tbsp of onion, 2-3 pieces of cinnamon, and 2-3 cloves and sautΓ© them for few mins.
- Now add boiled rice in pan and mix them and simmer rice for 5-6 min. - Delicious butter rice is ready to serve..
- Chop all ingredients in chopper. - Now make in shape of kabab, shallow fry in hot oil or grill and serve..
