  3. In a bowl. Combine maida, ajwain seeds, onion seeds, 1 tbsp oil and salt.Mix…properly. Then add enough water and knead a medium dough. Stuff the mixture into the balls and roll it like a thick chapati. Take a samosa mould keep the poha mixture in the centre portion of the chapati and pressed gently. Open the mould and take out the smaosa from the mould. Keep aside.
  4. Mean while preheat Air fryer for 180 the C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes cool it and take out the basket from Air fryer. Brush oil in the basket and keep the samosa batch wise. Don't over crowd it. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Check in between. If it is done.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and Ready to serve with Sweet and Sour Tamarind chutney

You can also bake them in the oven instead. Coat all sides of the samosas with oil and place them on the baking tray of your airfryer. How many you can bake in one batch depends on the size of your airfryer, don't overcrowd it. Insert the basket into the air fryer. But the handle folds down, making it easier to store.
