  4. After 10 minutes mix the batter again and add Eno. As soon as you add Eno mix it and transfer it to greased plate and keep the greased plate in preheated Khadayi.
  5. Cook it for 15-20 minutes. No need to check often until it cooks completely. Now place the toothpick to confirm Dhokla is cooked completely.
  6. Heat a small pan add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, sugar and water. Boil it and keep ready.
  7. Now on dhokla pour the tempering.
