  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp coriander powder Cheese cubes

Instructions to make Masala Pav:
  1. Take a oil in a pan and heat it. Then add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry it and then add capsicum.
  2. Add chilli powder and sweet corn and cook for a few minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook.
  3. Add all the dry spices and pav-bhaji masala. Cool the bhaji and add lemon juice. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  4. Now butter the bread(pav) and toast it for a few minutes in a pan. You can use oil or butter.
  5. Squeeze the bread lightly and spread the prepared masala. Add shredded cheese on top. You can also garnish it with finely chopped onions.
