- Heat the wok with 1tbsp cooking oil add prepared coriander mixture, green chilli, ginger saute it for few minute on lower flame.
- Add turmeric powder, smashed potatoes, to taste salt, coriander leaves mix it properly with spatula, stir it 5 to 6 min on medium flame.
- Turn off the flame, feeling is ready keep it aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl add maida,kalonji, cooking oil some salt mix it well with hand, now add little by little water knead it for 5 to 8 min and make a smooth dough, little thick then roti dough.
- Knead the dough to smoothen, divide in it small ball.
- Roll the ball with the help of oil, roll it in a oval shape not too thick nor too thin, cut in to 2 pieces.
- Take a 1 pieces of rolled dough apply little water to jion the edges to make a cone, fill the cone with potato mixture and seal with the help of water.
- Now drop in hot oil, gently add as many as many samosa as you can fry them on lower flame.
- Turn the side once it becomes golden brown then fry it till it is fried from all the side a becomes golden brown.
- Once done remove it with the help of colander.
- Now plating time take a serving bowl put 2 broken samosa then pour cooked cholla apply some remaining green chutney, turmind chatuny and top garnish with some chopped onion, ginger and green coriander leaves.
- Now it is done,serve and enjoy it.
