- Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl,mix well and make a soft dough,using very little water.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and shape each portion into cylindrical roll.
- Arrange the rolls on a siever and steam it in a steamer for 10mins or till knife inserted in muthiyas and comes out clean.
- Remove, cool and cook into thick slices.

- Heat oil in a non -stick pan or kadai.
