- In bowl whisk together besan and buttermilk.also add turmeric powder
- Blend to a smooth paste
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds once the seeds crackles add hing and curry leaves, red chilli.saute for a minute
- Add buttermilk mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 mintues while stirring continuously
- Add spinach puree,spinach leaves,salt and mix well and cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes
- Serve hot with rice
