Instructions to make Palak Methi Muthiya:
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl,mix well to make a soft dough using very little water.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and shape each portion into cylindrical roll..
- Arrange the rolls on the sieve and steam in a steamer for 10 mins or knife inserted into muthia comes out clean.
- Remove,cool slightly and cut into 1inch slices.
- Keep aside.
- For tempering:Heat oil in a non -stick pan/kadhai,add rai.
- When they crackle,add hing and sesame seeds.
- Saute it on medium flame for few seconds.
- Add muthiyas pieces,saute on medium flame for 1-2 mins or till Muthiya turns brown in colour.
- Keep aside to cool completely.
- Serve with green chutney.
