I add potato or Aloo to make this recipe light for the tummy. The addition of potato in this recipe also reduces the volume of peas in the paratha.
Steps to make Potatoes and green peas paratha:
- Take a potatoes and green peas for Boling.
- Boil potatoes and green peas with 4-5 whistles in pressure cooker.
- Now add all spices to boiled potatoes and green peas.
- And then proper mix it well. And keep aside.
- Then prepare roti dough.take a bowl and add wheat flour, oil, salt and water and make a soft dough.
- And rolling roti.
- And stuff in aloo and green peas mixture and cover dough and again rolling roti.
- And add oil/ghee/ Butter add in tawa and frying well until cooked and dark brown spots apper.
- And ready to serve with sauce, chutney and dahi.
