  1. For dough: take a mixing bowl and mix maida, oil, salt and ajwain and properly moin it. After that add water and knead smooth dough. Cover it with the samp cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.

  4. Roll thightly making sure that the stuffing is intact. Cut the roll into 1" Inch slice and flatten slightly.
  5. Heat oil in a wolk and meanwhile Dip the pinwheel samosa into maida slurry and coat both sides. When the oil is sufficiently heated Deep fry pinwheel samosa till golden and crisp on low flame stirring occasionly Or bake it in preheated oven for 20 min at180'c
