Instructions to make Instant Dhokla:
- In a big bowl or a vessel put on besan add lemon juice grated ginger salt 1 spoon oil add water (as required)
- Stir until lumps dissolve mix all well (if batter is thic add little water) & stir
- Constitancy should be like same idli batter. Cover the batter for 5 min.
- Now take a dhokla steamer or any another vessel where you can place a batter plate & steam.
- Now in a boiler pot or in steamer take 2 or 2. 5 cup water & give a boil
- Now Grease a dhokla plate (in dhokla batter add eno) mix gently. Don't wait long after adding eno
- Pour the batter in Grease dhokla plate place the plate inside steamer cover steamer & cook for 20 min.
- After 20 min switch off gas put out a steamer plate
- Make tadka - in small pan heat 2 spoon oil add mustard seeds when they crackers add green chilli curry leaves 1/2 cup water sugar salt boil & pour on dhoklas
- Cut dhoklas in any shape you like square or diamond
- Serve with green chutney or tarmarind sweet chutney
- Enjoy your instant dhokla.
