- Wash and peel your bean
- Wash 4 red bell peppers, garlic and onion.

- Blend to form a smooth thick paste.
- Mix the paste well till fluffy add in ยฝ cup of warm water and mix.
- Add in your red oil, Maggi, salt, doli tomato and mix well.
- Crack your eggs in a separate bowl and separate the egg white from it.
- Set the egg white aside and the yolk to your moimoi paste.
- Oil your containers and add in the moimoi paste in each container (it shouldn't b too full and it should be above half)
- Arrange them in a preheated oven and cover the oven for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes it should have started thickening like dis
- Take your egg whites dice in your remaining 1 redbell peppers and a pinch of salt. Whisk well. then use a tablespoon to add 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture to each of the moimoi and cover to cook until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. This should take 15-20minutes.
- Enjoy with hot pap or kunun gyada
