- Now in a cooker, add 1 tsp of ghee, add all the spices, put d dry fruits into it, fry it 4 sum time. Now add d rice & fry it till the rice changes its colour from translucent to pure white.
- Now for 50 gms or half cup of rice, you need 1.2 cup of water. Just add it & add salt, turmeric, 1 tsp of sugar & mix all the veggies together & cover the lid of d pressure cooker. In a high flame, put 2 whistles & keep it in a low flame for 5 mins. Serve hot with raita of your choice…😊😊
